Our backup service provider has found the associated bug causing the issue and this has been hot fixed.

Please contact support@metrofilecloud.com if you are still experiencing issues using C2C backups.

Investigating

We are currently investigating an issue related to clients backing up Office365 using our Cloud-to-Cloud(C2C) backup software.

Currently manual backups work, please run manual backups in the mean time.

We have escalated to our software provider for investigation.
