Metrofile Cloud will be performing critical windows security patching on all IronTree hosted servers that opted in for patch management. Patching uses a large amount of resources during installation and usually reboots are required. Please check your systems after the patching cycle has completed and feedback to our support if you have any issues at vps@metrofilecloud.com.

Our service provider has notified us that services have been restored. During this outage backups failed, however systems are stable and functional now and pending backups will complete.
We are monitoring and will provide the RCA to the post-mortem after we receive it.
