"Please take note of a Liquid Intelligent Technologies Planned Change scheduled atGlaxo POP on the 21st November 2025 from 22:00 to 22nd November 2025 at 01:00 (GMT: +02:00).We need to upgrade the ASR920 device from IOS version from 6.6.3 to 7.6.2.The current iOS version 6.6.3 is at the end of support as per the vendor & need to upgrade the device version for enhanced support, improved security through vulnerability fixes, new features & better performance.
IMPACT:Services will be down for a maximum duration of3Hrs."

All our services will continue to run on our secondary internet line during this period.
